In a large bowl, mix Perfect Flour, oats, butter or
oil, flax seed and orange rind on low speed. Add 1/2
cup brown sugar and blend together on medium speed
for 2 minutes. Mixture will look dry. Pat into 8 X 8
lightly greased or sprayed pan.
In a small bowl beat 2 eggs with 1/4 cup brown sugar
and stir in almonds, coconut, cranberries and
raisins. Pour evenly over mixture in pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted
in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack and
cut into 12 pieces.
