     A1 Pot Roast

Ingredients
1/2 cup A1 Steak Sauce
1/2 cup Water
1 package (9 oz) Onion - mushroom Soup Mix
1 Boneless Beef Chuck-eye Roast (2-2 1/2 lbs)
1 lb. Baby Red Potatoes
1 package Baby Carrots
1 Onion (diced)
 
Instructions
Put roast, potatoes, carrots and onion in crock pot. Mix first three ingredients and add to crock pot. Let cook on low 8-9 hours. Add water as needed.
