In large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 C Sour Cream and taco seasoning. Add Eggs- beat on low speed till just incorporated. Stir in cheddar cheese and chilies.
Transfer to a greased 9 inch spring form pan. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Spread remaining sour cream on top. Bake for 5-8 minutes.
Cook on wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edges of pan. Cool 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, spread salsa over cheese cake. Serve with tortilla chips
