Dressing instructions-
Mix dry ingredients together; beat eggs the add to dry ingredients; then add all liquids; whisk together in 2 quart measuring cup; microwave 2-3 minutes adding time as needed until thickens and boils (dressing recipe from Great Grandma Gosselink, Pella)
Drain potatoes; Mix together potatos, eggs, and onion; Add dressing and stir
