Prepare crust; set aside. Heat oven to 300 degrees. In medium microwave safe bowl, place butter. Microwave on high 30 to 45 seconds or until melted. Stir in cocoa until smooth; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese. Add cocoa mixture; beat well. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set. (center will be soft) Remove from oven to cooling rack; loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool completely; remove rim. Cover; refrigerate leftovers.
