     Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
chocolate crumb crust (recipe follows)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup cocoa
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
 

Instructions
Prepare crust; set aside. Heat oven to 300 degrees. In medium microwave safe bowl, place butter. Microwave on high 30 to 45 seconds or until melted. Stir in cocoa until smooth; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese. Add cocoa mixture; beat well. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set. (center will be soft) Remove from oven to cooling rack; loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool completely; remove rim. Cover; refrigerate leftovers.
Chocolate Crumb Crust- In medium microwave safe bowl, place 6 Tablespoons butter or margarine. Microwave on high 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45). 6 Tablespoons powdered sugar and 6 Tablespoons cocoa; blend well. Press mixture onto bottom and 1/2 inch up side of 9 inch springform pan.
