Ingredients
6 oz Canned Chicken (1/2 Tyson- 150 cal, 2.5g fat, 32g protein)
2 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese (Philly- 30 cal, 0 fat, 4g protein)
1 spoonful Greek Yogurt (no flavor- 25 cal, 0 fat, 4g protein, 1.5 carb))
Nature's Own Healthy Multi-Grain Rounds (100 cal, 1g fat, 19g carbs, 4g protein)
Sprinkle of Hidden Valley Dips Ranch powder
White Onion (if whole- 20 cal, 0 fat, 0 protein, 8g carb)
Green, Red Bell Pepper (whole- 33 cal, 0 fat, 0 potein, 8g carb)
Cucumber (if whole- 8 cal, 0 fat, 0 protein, 0 carbs)
Cherry Tomatoes (1/2 cup- 13 cal, 0 fat, 1g protein, 3g carb)
 
Celery (9 cal, 0 fat, 0.3 protein, 1.2g carbs)
Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese (10 cal, 0 fat, 2 g protein)
Can add- apple, pickle, tuna

Instructions
Chop all veggies into Mixing Bowl
Add cream cheese, yogurt, and ranch dip. Stir until evenly coated.
Spread mixture onto Sandwich Round and sprinkle with cheese.
