     Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise OR plain yogurt
1/8 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 boneless chicken breast
2 teaspoons italian dry bread crumbs
 
Instructions
Mix mayo and cheeses in a small bowl.
Spray pan and place chicken in a row. Spread mayo mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake on 425 for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Sprinkle with pepper and salt if desired.
