     Pepperoni Bread

1 lb loaf bread dough
1 egg
4 oz sliced pepperoni
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1 & 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Thaw dough if using frozen bread. Prepare baking sheet by lightly greasing or use parchment paper.
Roll bread dough out into about a 12 inch x 16 inch rectangle. Brush dough with beaten egg. Arrange pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and parmesean sheese over the dough laving a 1 inch edge. Spinkle with Italian seasoning. Roll up dough like a jelly roll and pinch seam to seal; place seam side down on prepared baking sheet. Tuck and roll ends under.
Let dough rest for 20 minutes before baking. Bake 375 degrees preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Let Cool before slicing.
