1 (6.5 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 Tbl butter, softened
8 slices sourdough bread
4 slices Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Stir together crab, artichoke hearts and green
onions in a small bowl; set aside. Lightly butter
one side of each bread slice and spread 4 slices
with crab mixture; top with cheese and close
sandwiches. Cook in a hot panini press for 5
minutes or in a skillet for 5 minutes on each side
until golden brown.
