Mix butter, cake mix and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Press 1/2 mixture into a 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Once melted, spread over baked cake mixture. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the carmel mixture. Drop chunks of remaining cake mixture all over top of chocolate chips. Do not spread out.

Bake for another 10-15 minutes.

|
Cool completely before cutting.
