     Shoe Peg Corn/Pea Salad

Ingredients
1 16 oz can shoe peg corn - drained
1 16 oz can french green bean - drained
1 16 oz tiny peas or frozen ones - drained
1 C celery - diced
1 C onion - diced
1/4 C green pepper - diced
1/2 C pimento - diced
Sauce-
3/4 C white vinegar
 
1 C sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 C oil
Instructions
Combine all vegetables.
Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to boil and cool. Add oil.
Pour over vegetables and let marinate.
