Combine butter, flour, onion, sugar, salt and pepper in saucepan. Cook until butter melts. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Drain beans. Add sour cream mixture to beans. Put in greased casserole dish and top with swiss cheese. Top with 2 T melted butter and crushed corn flakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-23 minutes.
