Brown ground beef. Let cool. Cook manicotti. Combine beef, half
the mozzarella cheese, the ricotta cheese, the parmesan cheese,
and the eggs. Stuff the ground beef mixture into the cooked
manicotti and lay in a single layer in a casserole dish. Heat both
cans of tomatoes along with a pinch of brown sugar, and season to
taste. Pour sauce over the pasta and cook 45 minutes at 350.
