     Corn Chowder

Ingredients
10 slices bacon
6 potatoes, cubed
1 onion, diced
5 stalks of celery
5 carrots
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
 
1/4 cup flour
4 cups milk
1/2 bag frozen corn
1/2 pint whipping cream

Instructions
Chop potatoes, onion, celery, and carrots. Add 1 cup of water or until vegetables are covered in pot. Cook until tender. 20-25 minutes. Combine milk and flour and add to vegetables. Heat until soup thickens, 10 minutes. Add corn and bacon. Cook through. Sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
