     Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 can mushroom soup
5oz evaporated milk
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 tsp thyme
3 cup turkey, cubed
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 pie crusts
 
Instructions
Lay one pie crust down in pin tin. Combine soup, milk, turkey, spices, and vegetables. Pour into pie crust. Roll top crust on. Flute edges, and slit top to vent. Egg wash. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
