1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
2 tbsp chives
2 tbsp parsley
1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup crushed saltines
1 pound lump crab meat
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter

Combine mayonnaise, egg, chives, parsley,mustard, and pepper. Stir in crackers. Add crab meat and lemon juice. Combine with hands. Form thick patties. Heat oil and butter in large frying pan over medium heat. Cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes a side.
