Prepare cake mix and bake in greased and floured
13x9x2-inch baking dish according to package
directions.
Cream together butter, peanut butter, and brown
sugar. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture over warm
cake. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 5 minutes or
till frosting is bubbly. Serve warm.
