     Apricot Crunch Cake

1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1pound 6-ounce can apricot pie filling
1 package 2 layer yellow cake

Spread pie filling in bottom of 9x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine cake mix, the water, and the egg. Using electric mixer, beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour over pie filling; sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 9 servings.
