     Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

Ingredients
1 loaf French bread
8 large eggs
2 c half and half
1 c milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dash salt
 
Praline topping

Instructions
1. Slice bread into 1 inch slices Arrange slices in 13x9 pan (greased) in 2 rows overlapping.
2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, half and half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Beat until blended, but not too bubbly.
3. Pour mixture over bread slices making sure all are evenly covered with mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
4. Next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread Praline tipping evenly over the bread. Bake 40 minutes until puffed and golden.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with maple syrup.
