Pour coffee into a gallon jug. Pour cold water over and brew 5 hours.
Strain through several layers of cheesecloth or muslin, rinsing a few times in between.
Mix half milk and half sweetened condensed milk together.
Fill glass with ice, pour in coffee, then some milk mixture and stir. Get fancy and add caramel or chocolate syrup and some whipped cream! Coffee is good for 1 month in the fridge.
