     Cold Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1Tb dark sesame oil
1Tb and 1 ts rice vinegar
3Tb and 2ts soy sauce
1ts of lime juice
2Tb honey or brown sugar
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 ts red pepper flakes
1 yellow bell pepper julienne
 
1 breast of chicken sliced
3 green onions sliced
4-5 mushrooms sliced
1/4c grated carrots
EVOO
1/2 a box of angel hair pasta
Sesame seeds

Instructions
Boil pot of water with kosher salt and a little bit of EVOO.
Combine ingredients above to make dressing. Taste and add any more of each ingredient as necessary.
Combine vegetables and chicken in large bowl. Add one tb of dressing and incorporate.
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and add to vegetables and chicken. Add marinade to pasta to soak up. Add sesame seeds to taste. Placed in freezer for 15 minutes or fridge overnight. Serve cold.
