Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together first 4 ingredients until combined and stiff, dough will be crumbly. Stir in 1/2 cup M&M's. Shape 1 1/2 Tablespoons of dough into balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking pan. Flattening each slightly with your hand press remaining M&M's into top of each cookie. Bake 11 to 12 minutes. Cool on rack 1 minute. Remove from pan, and cool on rack.
