13.25 oz pkg whole wheat pasta

2 garlic cloves
|
|
2 oz goat cheese
|
|
1 oz cream cheese
|

3/4 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp pepper
|

6 oz fresh baby spinach leaves

2 tbsp grated Parmesan
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook pasta, reserve 1 C of cooking liquid.
|
|
|
Mince garlic in a food processor, add goat cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper & spinach leaves. Blend until smooth and creamy.

|
Combine spinach mixture w/pasta, adding just enough cooking liquid to moisten.
|
|
|
Stir until heated thoroughly. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
