     Marinated Sirloin

Ingredients
1 lb Sirloin (or London Broil) cut 1 inch thick, trimmed of all fat
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. canola oil
1/2 tsp grount ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
 

Instructions
Combine ingredients and marinate covered with saran wrap overnight-turning frequently. Boil 4 inch from heat on broiler pan 3-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness) for medium rare. Let set, covered loosely with foil, for 5-10 minutes before slicing thinly across grain. Serve warm-or may also be chilled and served with a horse-radish and grey poupon sauce on party size slices.
