     Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 eggs
1 box (18.5 oz) yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup chopped nuts
ICING
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
4 cups powdered sugar
 
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Instructions
In large bowl, cream butter until smooth. Blend in eggs. Add cake mix and pineapple with juice. Mix until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 prepared cake pans. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until center springs back at touch. Cool
ICING Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in sugar and nuts. Ice cooled cakes. Refrigerate
