     Truffle Parm Frites

Ingredients
russet potatoes
parsley
parmesean cheese
truffle oil
garlic, minced
salt, pepper
 

Instructions
Put potatoes in refrigerator for at least two hours. Cut into large sticks and soak in cold water for one hour.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Lay potatoes on a greased cookie sheet and place in oven for 25 min. Toss then cook for 25 more min.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining ingredients, serve immediately.
