     Salsa Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2- 2 lbs round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/4 tbsp salt
 

Instructions
Trim fat off steak and cut into individual portions.
Brown in skillet in 2 tbsp oil
Place in crockpot with remaining ingredients.
Cook on low for 8 hours
