     Ham Quiche Biscuit Cups

Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tablespoons chopped green onion
1 (10 count) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, milk, and eggs until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese and green onions. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each of 10 sprayed muffin cups. Firmly press bottom and sides, forming 1/4 inch rim. Place half of ham in muffin cups. Spoon about 2 Tablespoons egg mixture over ham. Top with remaining ham and bake for about 25 minutes or until filling sets and edges of biscuits are golden brown. Remove from pan.
