Brown ground beef or boil chicken until done. Add dry seasoning mix to ground beef or shredded chicken breast per directions on the mix. Lay out shells and place cheese and meat mixture in center and roll.
Spray cake pan with nonstick spray and place the rolls. Cover the top of the rolls with sauce and cheese.
Cook in hot oven until cheese melts.
