     Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 1/4 c oil
4 eggs
2 c pumpkin or 1 lb can
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
 
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients; set aside. Slightly beat eggs, add pumpkin then oil. Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
