Heat oven to 350. Fill 20 muffin cups with liners. Beat sugars, butter, spices, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, & salt in large bow with mixer on med. speed 2 minutes until blended.
2 . Beat in eggs & egg whites. Beat in pumpkin puree on low speed until just combined. alternately beat in flour, then milk, until just blended. Stir in berries.
3. Put 1/4 c. batter in each muffin cup. Bake 30 min. or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 min. in pans on rack.
4. Drizzle- Up to 4 hours before serving, stir ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Scrape into a small ziptop bag. Cut a small tip from one corner of bag & drizzle over muffins.
