2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 C. dried milk
1 C. lukewarm water
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can (14 oz.) refried beans
2 packets of taco seasoning
1 head of lettuce

For the fry bread, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, milk, sugar and water to make a thick dough that isn’t sticky. Pull out golf ball sized balls of dough and roll into 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick circles. Fry in hot (not smoking) fat (Crisco) until golden brown on both sides. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet. Once fully cooked add taco seasoning packets.Heat the refried beans with a splash of milk in a saucepan. Then assemble tacos, layer beans, ground beef, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, olives, chilies, and cheese on fry bread, top with salsa and sour cream.
