     Chewy Milk Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
2/3 cup melted butter
2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp hot water
2 2/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt (I omit)
1 pkg Chipits milk chocolate chips
 
Instructions
Beat together butter, brown sugar, eggs and water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop from small spoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
