     Peaches and Cream Cake

Ingredients
1/4 C. all-purpose flour
1 small box (3.4 oz.) of non-instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg; beaten
1/2 C. milk
3 Tbsp. butter; melted
1 can (16 oz.) of sliced peaches in juice
1 package (8oz.) of cream cheese; softened
1/2 C. brown sugar
 
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. white sugar

Instructions
Stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder. Combine beaten egg, milk and butter. Add milk and egg mixture to flour mixture and mix well. Spread mixture in a greased 8×8 baking pan. Drain peaches, retaining 1/3 c juice. Chop peaches and sprinkle on top of batter. Beat cream cheese, sugar and juice. Pour on top of peaches. Combine 1 Tbsp sugar and connamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
