Stir together flour, pudding mix and baking
powder. Combine beaten egg, milk and butter. Add
milk and egg mixture to flour mixture and mix
well. Spread mixture in a greased 8×8 baking pan.
Drain peaches, retaining 1/3 c juice. Chop
peaches and sprinkle on top of batter. Beat cream
cheese, sugar and juice. Pour on top of peaches.
Combine 1 Tbsp sugar and connamon and sprinkle on
top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
