Grease 8 inch square baking dish. Cook ground beef in skillet until brown; drain. Place zucchini slices in single layer in baking dish; spinkle with 1/4 c baking mix. Top with beef and spaghetti sauce.

Mix remaining 1 cup baking mix, cottage cheese and egg until soft dough forms; spread over sauce. Sprinkle with parmeasan cheese.

|
|
Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
