Melt butter, brown sugar and 2 tbsp of the pineapple syrup.
Line the bottom of your baking dish with the pineapple rings and as many cherries as you like.
Pour the melted sauce over the fruit, then pour fully mixed cake batter on top.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins
