     Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can of sliced pineapples (5-7 rings), save juice
Maraschino cherries
1 pkg of yellow cake mix, prepared
 

Instructions
Melt butter, brown sugar and 2 tbsp of the pineapple syrup. Line the bottom of your baking dish with the pineapple rings and as many cherries as you like. Pour the melted sauce over the fruit, then pour fully mixed cake batter on top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins
