     American Flag Pudding

Ingredients
8ounces cream cheese
4 ounces vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
4 ounces ricotta cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
juice of 1/2 a lemon
Blueberries and raspberries/strawberries for garnish
 

Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients in blender or food processor thoroughly. Side note- light or non fat cream cheese, ricotta cheese can be substituted.
Spread into a 9x13 pan.
Arrange raspberries/strawberries into stripes and blueberries into stars.
Chill for 20 minutes or longer.
