     Whole Grain Millet Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup millet (optional)
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
 

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl Add wet ingredients and stir until just mixed, but there are no more dry clumps Distribute batter evenly into 12 well-greased muffin cups Bake in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes Cool for 2 minutes before turning muffin tin upside down to remove muffins
