Cook and stir onion in margarine until tender; cool slightly; transfer to large bowl. Add Bisquick, parsley, basil, thyme, milk and eggs. Beat vigorously for 1 minute. Add zucchini and cheese.
Spread into greased and floured 9 inch round pan. Bake 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. Test doneness with toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
Cool slightly and remove from pan.
