Cut chicken into bite size pieces and coat with flour; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in large skillet; add garlic until lightly browned then remove garlic from oil and set aside. Cook chicken in oil until golden brown.
Cook broccoli. Cook pasta. Melt butter; add chicken broth and heat until hot.
Toss garlic, chicken, broccoli and pasta with chicken broth mixture and grated cheese.
Alternate chicken cooking method - Foil line baking sheet; add oil garlic was cooked in and single layer chicken pieces. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes; turn and continue baking until golden brown.
