Instructions |

|
|
Place potatoes, onion, celery in saucepan. Add water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
|

Stir in milk, cornstarch or flour, egg slightly beaten and butter. Slow simmer for 15 minutes.
