- combine soy sauce and honey in a small bowl
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Season chicken with 1/2 a teaspoon of pepper and cook for
about 3 minutes
- Lower heat and stir in garlic and ginger
- Add scallions and cook for one minute
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- cook for about four minutes
- add remaining soy sauce for taste
