- bake cake normally
- in a saucepan combine sweetened condensed milk and
caramel topping stir until smooth and blended
- make holes in the cake
- pour mixture over cake
- sprinkle cake with crushed toffee bar
- let cake cool completely
- top with whipped cream
- decorate with chocolate toffee bar and caramel
- refrigerate
