Cook 4 (10oz) pkgs. broccoli & drain Arrange in lightly greased 13”x 9” casserole dish Sprinkle with 8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese.
Combine together in mixing bowl and spread over broccoli & cheese- 4 lightly beaten large eggs 2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup ¾ cup light mayonnaise 1 cup finely chopped onion Then combine 1½ cups herb seasoned stuffing mix w/ 2 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.
