Brown sausage and drain on paper towels. Put cubed bread in the bottom of a 9×12 in pan and cover with sausage. Combine all liquids and dry mustard and half the cheese. Pour over sausage. Add the rest of the cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight and then bake at 350° for 35 minutes to an hour. Leave uncovered for 1st half then cover with foil.
