     Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
2 Tbl fine chopped or dehydrated onions
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c mustard
2 Tbl parsley
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c worchestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c milk
 
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except milk in a large bowl. Add the milk separately and last.
When forming large loaf DO NOT overwork the meat. Place into baking dish.
Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on loaf thickness.
