     Gluten Roast

Ingredients
2 3/4 C Gluten Flour
1 C White Flour
2 1/2 C Cold Water
1/4 C Soy Sauce
13 C Water
3/4 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Beef Seasoning
1 tsp Thyme
1 T Hickory Smoke
 
1/2 C V8 or Tomato Soup
1/4 C Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Garlic to taste
1 Onion

Instructions
Mix flours together Mix Water & Soy Sauce Once mixed separately mix all together-may require that you work with your hands. Form into 2 lumps, setting aside while making broth. Broth is ingredients listed with 13 C Water, bring to a rolling boil. Experiment with the broth, must be salty enough so gluten absorbs flavor. Boil hard! Put in the 2 gluten lumps, keeping broth boiling, turn down to low/simmer yet continue boil. Simmer for 1 hour & 15 minutes. Turn gluten once during cooking. Remove & cool, rub with oil, place in roaster, baking at 350 cooking for 20 minutes on each side. Remove from the oven.
