     One-Dish Chicken Bake

Ingredients
1 (6oz) pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1-1/2 cups hot water
1/4 cup butter
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg (10oz) mixed vegetables
1 can (10oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream or milk
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix stuffing mix, water and butter and set aside.
Place chicken breasts in a 13x9 baking dish. Add vegetables. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing.
Bake for 35 min or until chicken is cooked through.
