     Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
30 ml Flour
15 ml Butter
500 ml Milk warm
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of cayenne chilli pepper
300 g cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Combine Flour and butter in saucepan and whisk constantly.
Add milk little bit at a time with a spoon and keep whisking until fully incorporated before adding more.
Keep adding milk and whisking until the paste becomes a thick sauce then add the rest of the milk and keep whisking add the salt and pepper and taste the sauce.
now add the cheese and keep whisking for a little longer till the sauce is smooth and velvety..... and enjoy ...
Serving Suggestions
u can serve it on anything ... like Michelle says, everything tastes better with cheese sauce.
