Combine Flour and butter in saucepan and whisk constantly.

|
Add milk little bit at a time with a spoon and keep whisking until fully incorporated before adding more.
|
|
|
Keep adding milk and whisking until the paste becomes a thick sauce then add the rest of the milk and keep whisking add the salt and pepper and taste the sauce.
|
|
|
now add the cheese and keep whisking for a little longer till the sauce is smooth and velvety.....
and enjoy ...
