Bring butter and water to boil. Remove from heat.
Mix remaining ingredients together and stir in
butter/water mixture. Mix until smooth. Pour into
greased 10x15 pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Combine butter and milk in saucepan and bring to a
boil. Remove from heat, mix in powdered sugar and
extract. May need to add more milk to thin frosting.
Spread over warm cake.
